 Rachael Cook. Cook (born on the 4th of October in 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared as a baby-sitter in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (99), and Josie and the Pussycats (192001). She also appeared in the television shows Into the West and Perception. She is also the voice for various characters in Robot Chicken and Tifa Lockhart in the Final Fantasy series, starting with the English version of the film Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota) and is the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who are both a stand-up comedian and social worker. Cook is an Italian-born. Cook made her public service announcement in foster care when she turned seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a print model for children when she was 10 years old and was featured on national commercials for Target. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School.
